Join our team as a Business Solutions Consultant, representing AT&T in the B2B market. Your goal is to help businesses improve their communication, internet, and wireless services through AT&T’s industry-leading technology.
Responsibilities
Build and manage a book of small-business clients
Conduct needs assessments for internet, mobility, and wireless upgrades
Deliver professional presentations on available packages
Support clients through account changes and service improvements
Maintain accurate sales logs and follow-up notes
Qualifications
Strong customer relationship skills
Interest in sales, tech, or business development
Highly motivated, organized, and coachable
Previous sales experience is a plus but not required
