A2I Enterprise is currently hiring a Customer Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Tyler, TX.

This is a full-time, entry-level opportunity for individuals looking to gain experience in sales, marketing, and customer relations while representing a leading telecommunications client. No previous experience is required. We provide paid training and ongoing support to help you succeed.

Job Type: Full-Time
Location: Tyler, TX
Pay: $1,100–$1,650 per week

Responsibilities:

• Represent telecommunications products and services through face-to-face marketing campaigns

• Connect with new customers and provide information on available products and promotions

• Build positive relationships with customers and business owners

• Assist with customer enrollment and account setup

• Learn and apply effective communication and sales techniques

• Work closely with team members to achieve performance goals

• Attend training sessions and professional development meetings

• Strong communication and people skills

• Comfortable working with customers in a face-to-face environment

• Coachable and eager to learn

• Reliable transportation

• Must be at least 18 years old
