Entry-Level B2B Sales Representative
A2I Enterprise is seeking motivated individuals interested in developing a career in business-to-business sales. In this role, you will represent AT&T business products and services while learning sales, prospecting, account management, and client relationship-building skills through hands-on experience and ongoing coaching.
This is an in-person, field-based sales position focused on generating new business accounts.
Responsibilities
Prospect and engage local business owners and decision-makers
Present AT&T business products and services to prospective clients
Assist with new account acquisition and service upgrades
Build and maintain professional relationships with business customers
Manage follow-up activities and maintain an organized sales pipeline
Track daily sales activity and performance metrics
Identify opportunities for business growth within assigned territories
Participate in ongoing sales meetings and product training sessions

Comfortable working independently and interacting with business clients
Reliable transportation for local travel
Previous sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, telecommunications, or related experience is helpful but not required
