A2I Enterprise is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Sales Representatives. In this role, you will represent AT&T business products and services while developing sales, communication, and client relationship-building skills in a performance-driven environment.
This position involves direct interaction with local business owners and decision-makers to generate new business accounts. Individuals who demonstrate strong sales performance may have opportunities for additional responsibilities and advancement.
Responsibilities
Prospect and engage local business owners and decision-makers
Present AT&T business products and services to prospective clients
Generate new business opportunities through face-to-face outreach and networking
Build and maintain professional client relationships
Manage follow-up activities and maintain an organized sales pipeline
Meet individual sales goals and performance expectations
Participate in ongoing sales meetings and training sessions
Maintain accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Comfortable working independently and in a team environment
Professional attitude and willingness to learn
Reliable transportation for local travel
Previous experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, telecommunications, or related fields is helpful but not required
