A2I Enterprise is currently seeking motivated, outgoing, and ambitious individuals to join our team as Entry-Level B2B Sales Representatives in the Austin, TX area.
In this role, you will represent AT&T's business solutions and work directly with local business owners and decision-makers to introduce telecommunications products and services. This is a face-to-face, field-based sales position focused on generating new business accounts.
No previous sales experience is required. We provide product knowledge and sales coaching to help you learn our sales process and develop your professional skills.
Responsibilities
Prospect and engage with local businesses to identify potential sales opportunities
Present and explain AT&T business products and services to business owners and decision-makers
Build and maintain professional relationships with prospective clients
Follow up with interested businesses throughout the sales process
Meet individual sales goals and performance expectations
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity
Participate in ongoing sales meetings and product training sessions
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Professional demeanor and positive attitude
Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
Reliable transportation for local travel
Sales, customer service, or business experience is helpful but not required
Compensation
100% commission-based compensation
Earnings are based on individual sales performance
No guaranteed salary, hourly wage, or base pay
